Your role

Gerneral Purpose:
    The Industry Management_Power Battery_Laser Business is responsbile for developing, maintaining and expanding business relationships with strategically important customers for TRUMPF laser technology in all relevant areas of the eMobility industry in order to help to maximize market shares for TRUMPF in the Chinese market. 
1.Understanding, analysing and repoting the industry trend for battery industry to establish the correct long-term strategic direction for TRUMPF China 掌握电池行业发展方向,完成大客户发展分析报告,确保通快建立正确的长期战略方向 
2.Be familiar with laser welding to analyze and solve customers' actual problems related to laser welding process.具有丰富的新能源行业激光焊接应用经验,能够分析解决客户实际激光焊接工艺相关问题。
3.Be familiar with domestic and foreign mainstream laser and related optical components and optical knowledge to smoothly communicate and train customers.  熟悉国内外主流激光器及相关光学部件,了解光学相关知识,确保客户交流和培训顺利开展
4.Establish regular communication with customers to ensure clear feedback of customer needs, proactively coordinate project resources to ensure timely response. 定期与客户建立沟通交流,确保清晰反馈客户需求,积极主动协调项目资源,确保及时响应。
5.Analysis and classification of technical customer requirements in LT related products and task to derive local customer profiles对激光事业部相关产品的客户技术需求进行分析和分类以获取客户的概况
6.Active role in Laser products development projects and responsibility to manage the NPI process for China focused products within the TRUMPF group. 推进激光产品研发/改进项目、参与通快集团的新产品导入
7.Systmatic analysis and evaluation of competitors’ solutions 系统分析和评估应对竞争对手的战略
8.Internal product training for sales team and technical sales support team. 对销售团队进行内部培训及技术支持
9.Regular feedback tracking of new products 定期追踪新产品反馈
10.Complete other tasks per business requirement. 根据业务需要,完成直属经理安排的其它工作

Your profile

1.University degree Bachelor/ Master in Laser. 本科或硕士学历,激光专业
2.With Overseas education background or with experience in related functions of an international company will be preferred. 有海外留学经历或在跨国企业的相关职能部门实习/工作经历者优先
3..1-3 years working experience in Laser Industry  1-3年激光相关行业工作经验  
4.Good understanding of Laser Industry 了解激光行业 
5.Background in Laser Materials Processing or Laser development is a plus有激光材料加工或激光开发背景者优先  
6.English (fluent/ business professional).英语(流利/商务专业)
7.German (strong advantage, if native or business conversational) 德语(德语母语者或可以进行商务沟通者更优)
8.Experience in laser welding and process development具备激光焊接及工艺开发经验
9.Working experience in laser related company and new energy company is preferred有激光相关公司及新能源公司工作经验为佳
10.Be adaptbale to irregular business travel 能适应不规则的商务出差
11.Good analytics and structured problem solving skills, as well as Customer oriented working style  良好的分析和解决问题的能力,客户导向意识
12.Rich network resources in the power battery industry在动力电池行业有丰富人脉资源为佳
13.Strategic and long term thinking / planning 有长期战略性的思维/计划
14.Judgement and decision making skills 拥有决断力
15.Ability to communicate with customers, local sales representatives, management and oversea colleagues 能够与客户,销售代表,管理层及海外同事保持有效沟通
16.Ability to work independently and with strong self motivation 能够独立工作,自我激励
17.Team work oriented 团队合作意识
18.Strong oral and written communication skill  优秀的口头和书面沟通表达
19.Project management and business analytics skill is a plus 有项目管理和商业分析的相关经验更佳
