Order processing of trading machines and accessories
Sales order follow up
1.Create order in SAP and process order daily management including clearing specifications, order execution, goods delivery, etc.
2.Order machines and accessories at TRUMPF other subsidiaries including releasing purchasing order, booking vessel or flight for the ocean/air shipping, handling the import customs clearance, etc. according to the demands of sales order
3.Support Sales on the quotation and technical specification clarification before order created in SAP as a key user of Qutation System (E2Q)
4.Contract assessment on both technical and commercial terms
5.Work together with the team leader to provide monthly shipment forecast and daily tracking
6.Coordination with Sales, Aftersales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse (stock keeper), Customs, Accounting, Service and other related departments during the process of order processing
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Major in Business English, Economics, Business Management, International Trade
3.Experience in fields like Order Processing, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Production Planning
4.3-5 years' working experience in similar position
5.Strong knowledge of SAP system
6.Good coommunicaiton skills
7.English is capable in daily working environmentin including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（包含听说读写方面）
