Your role

TRUMPF Photonics in Cranbury, NJ is TRUMPF’s center of excellence for semiconductor lasers. With about 250 employees working in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing, engineering and R&D environment we play a key role in keeping TRUMPF’s technological edge. 

Stellar Industries Corp. is our subsidiary in Millbury, MA developing and producing metalized ceramic components essential in many high-tech industries. Stellar has about 50 employees.   


The Role

HR Business Partner & Site HR Head

The HR Business Partner is a key member of the Management Team and is critical to the future success and growth of the operation in Cranbury, NJ and Millbury, MA. The incumbent will lead a small HR team to delight employees and to attract and retain the BEST talent in a highly competitive sector. The position is located in Cranbury, NJ and provides functional supervision and support to HR at Stellar Industries in Millbury, MA.

 This position reports directly to the Managing Director.

Your profile

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership position in Human Resources, ideally in a manufacturing environment.  Excellent “generalist” experience, with a proven track record of managing Human Resources programs in a business of comparable size and complexity.  Strong proficiency in developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures, with a working knowledge of appropriate laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to the business.  Prior experience in a global company, having had responsibility for businesses/ sites in multiple locations preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
