The Managing Director of Stellar Industries Corp., a subsidiary of TRUMPF Photonics Inc., is leading the company and is responsible for the overall success of the business. S/he is supported in this role by the Senior Management Team, in particular the Director of Operations and Quality.
The Managing Director develops and executes the company’s business strategy to ensure profitability and sustainability of the company, in alignment with long term goals agreed with the shareholder representatives. To enable the sustainable growth of the business, s/he ensures adequate investment into new technologies and product development. In addition, s/he is responsible for developing organization and staff to optimally support the business success.
The Managing Director of Stellar Industries Corp. reports to the Managing Director of TRUMPF Photonics Inc. as the assigned shareholder representative.
