Your role

1.Prepare and perform the monthly reporting for management and sales regions (regional reporting, BU MT report, CMM report) and ensure the consistency of the report data with all TRUMPF systems
2.Drive the digitzalization and automation of the reporting approach and data visualization with state of the art tools 
3.Perform on-demand data analysis for several topics 
4.Build-up  a market intellingence reporting and perform competivive analysis
5.Support to collect market data for lead management 
6.Act as key user in C4C and support the sales organization as central contact point for CRM topics
7.Take responsibility for assigned regions and maintain sales funnel (lead, opportunity, order) data as well as customer data in alignment with regional managers and the sales team 
8.Improve data quality in the C4C system through projects, take ownership of customer data from start of customer relationship and coordinate closely with field sales team to collect missing information  
9.Training of related departments and sales team about the usage and maintenance of the system
10.Support the global Sales Excellence project and implement initiaves at TCNW
11.Take over other assigned project tasks within sales department

Your profile

1.Master degree from a Chinese or oversea university
2.Focus on business admistration, business IT, statistics, data analysis, mechanical engineering, 
3. 2-5 years of experience in a IT related environment with first experience in CRM or in a sales environment (i.e. sales admistration, service, order management, sales reporting)
4.Skills:
- Experience with CRM / ERP Systems (preferably C4C/ SAP) 
- Professional excel and power point skills for data analysis and visualization
- Good understanding of B2B sales environment 
- Analytical skills and structured problem solving abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Diligent and hard-working
- Detail-oriented and team-oriented working style
5.English Fluent
