Principles & Duties:
Provide maintenance, support, process improvement identification and implementation, project management and training for the PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules of SAP. Implement improvements to processes and the system to increase productivity and efficiency. Responsible for conceptual design, realization, documentation and maintenance of system and department processes. Maintain conformity with Company and Group standards by identifying and prioritizing Business Systems tasks in alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Responsible for customization, configuration, integration, testing, user training, upgrading and support in SAP PP and QM Modules. Write functional and technical specifications for development objects (RICEFW, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow). Maintain close functional work relationship to German SAP Competency Center members. Monitor project process, maintain progress metrics, and report to management. Monitor, update and resolve service requests in the helpline ticketing system. Utilize advanced knowledge of ERP systems, SYNCHRO (process improvement) practices, and ITIL. Utilize experience with SAP PP and QM modules. Integrate PP and QM with MM (Material Management), SD (Sales & Distribution) and FI/CO (Finance & Cost Controlling) modules. Lead business and technical resources through the system development life cycle.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
7 years of progressive business systems analysis or related experience that includes the following: (1) Full life cycle participation for PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules of SAP, including cross module functionality in the MM (Materials management), SD (Sales & Distribution) & CO (Cost Controlling) modules, project monitoring, configuration and enhancement, integration, testing, user training, and support, (2) Preparation of functional or technical specifications, test cases and reports, & (3) Go-live and post go-live support.
