Automation Internship
Your role
TRUMPF is seeking candidates for an Automation Internship in our Hoffman Estates, IL location. This internship will provide a college-level student with practical and professional experience that will enhance and complement their classroom learning. Internship will be from May 2021 to August 2021. Candidate will be required to work full time.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities

- Support Automation Group with technical and process documentation
- Develop and maintain KPI systems
- Assist with automation related design concepts
- Support internal process and system improvements (incl. tasks automation-programming)
Your profile
- Creative, critical, and analytical thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Detailed oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple assignments
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Education
Must be a student enrolled in accredited university or institution perusing an undergraduate degree in related field.
