Your role

The fiber service team leader will take responsibility of the HVM laser service and lead the team members and manage the daily business of the team by means of existing or to be established daily KPIs, repair instructions, quality standards, etc
1. Technical Responsibilities 技术职责
(1) Offer technical support to direct customer, integrator, R&D, QM; 为客户提供相关产品的技术支持
(2) Leading the team to conduct technical analyses: 领导团队技术分析
- Field service support, technical training 现场工程师技术支持,技术培训
- Spare parts define and analysis 服务备件定义及分析
- Further active observation of service process quality 持续监控服务流程
- Service documentation create and maintenance服务相关文档编制及维护
(3) Be core team member of 密切关注并参与
- Complaint meeting, quality analysis and service information exchange with customer 客户投诉管理,质量分析,客户服务信息交流反馈
- Weekly global service information exchange with TGBL/ TLS 定期与国外相关部门技术交流会议
- NPI 新产品导入
2. Managerial Responsibilities 管理职能
(1) Evaluate performance of team members; 评估组员绩效
(2) Define necessary qualification of team members and organize necessary trainings / missions; 评估成员技能,并组织相应的培训和任务
(3) Technical support to team members and give them feedback to finished tasks / missions; 给与团队成员技术支持,并对完成的任务给与反馈
(4) Define necessary service tools of the team Fiber Laser; 定义技术服务需要的工具
(5) Schedule RMA and repair 管理退运和维修进程
(6) Improve Service KPI 服务团队KPI提升
(7) Team care 团队维护
3. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根据业务需要,完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

Your profile

1. Bachelor degree、Master degree or above本科、硕士或以上学历
2. Work experience a service engineer in laser or related, 2 years team leader management experience 5年及以上激光服务相关经验且 2年以上团队管理经验。
3. Field service on laser technique or laser application with laser welding/cutting/marking/micro processing. 有激光器售后服务或者激光焊接/切割/打标/微加工应用经验的优先.
4. Quality/ Optical R&D related experience will be considered 质量管理/光学研发经验优先
5. ery Good knowledge on fiber laser products and the application in the field of laser manufacting
6. Strong communication, stress resistant, flexibel 优秀的沟通能力,抗压性,灵活性
7. Good MS Office skills, with MOS will be better 熟练使用办公软件, 拥有MOS证书优先考虑
8. Chinese native speaker. 中文(普通话)作为母语.
9. English is good in daily working environmentin including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下,包含听说读写方面,可以使用英文手册工作
10. Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
11. Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit. 具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识.
12. Ability to continuously learn. 具备持续学习的能力
13. Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven 抗压能力强,具有强大的自我激励和目标驱动意识.
