Process Quality Engineer

The Process Quality Engineer will be assigned to FD88 team and carry out process quality control activities to achieve assigned yearly quality objective.

品质控制工程师将被指派进入FD88团队，从事制程品质控制活动相关的工作，协助团队达到指定的年度质量目标。

• Be responsible for securing best in class quality for assigned products.

          致力于针对指定的产品获得最好的质量等级。

•  Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for inspection of products.

          建立并维护检验程序和作业指导。

• Support inspection/tests of finished products.

          支持进行出货检验。

• Conduct in-process audit as IPQC activities.

          作为制程控制的一种手段，执行在线制程稽查。

• Deal with quality problems from production line and customer side; organize the team to have troubleshooting, define and follow-up/implement corrective actions and preventive actions.

          处理产线和客户端发生的品质事件。组织团队查找原因，制定并执行纠正预防措施。

• Monitor critical parameter from production line to identify quality trend.

          通过对关键制程参数的监控，发现品质变化趋势。

• Monitor Engineering Change Notifications.

          监控工程变更的实施情况。

• Setup/follow up equipment calibration for entire team.

          为整个团队建立并执行设备的校验工作

• Analyze quality data, and implement quality improvement projects.

          分析品质数据，执行品质改进计划。

• Support the assembly and commissioning process of assigned products.

          支持产线针对指定产品的安装和试运行的任务。

• Comply with the safety standards and quality control system standard strictly

          严格遵守相关的安全和质量控制标准。

• Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

          根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1. Bachelor degree本科学历
2. Laser industry background is a plus; 具有激光行业背景者优先

3. IQC/IPQC/OQC system establishment and maintenance experience;IQC/IPQC/OQC 系统的建立和维护经验；

4. Good data analysis ability, and MSA and SPC is a plus;良好的数据分析能力，MSA，SPC运用熟练者优先；

5. Customer issue handling experience, and 8D report handing is a must;客户问题处理经验，必须能够独立编写8D 报告；

6. Good troubleshooting ability, and be familiar with the tools related;良好的问题分析能力，熟练掌握相关分析工具；

7. In-process audit experience;有制程稽核经验；

8. Knowledgeable process validation;有制程确认经验；

9.  Be familiar with calibration;熟悉设备校验；

10. Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通话）作为母语.

11. English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（包含听说读写方面）.

12. German is a plus.会德语者更佳.

13. Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.

14. Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识.

15.  Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力
