The National Sales Manager, Power Tools will be responsible for all outside Sales/Marketing activities and achieving sales figures for all regions in the continental US, including Canada and Mexico. This includes the development and strengthening of the existing sales approach and network. The position is responsible for managing all product related issues, such as coordinating the product demonstrations for customers, as well as supporting sales of the related product. The position receives its professional guidance from the global product center of the Power Tools division in Switzerland and will align goals closely with that team. Responsibility for USMCA power tool market and the realization of the ambitious growth plans lies with the national sales manager.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Four to six years working experience with the sale of power tools. Must be able to set up and establish a dealer network. The position requires excellent strategic skills to amend the existing set, strong problem solving skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
