The System Support Specialist is responsible for supporting customers with system integration (machines, automation, and storage), system start-up, and providing on-site training and production support. This role focuses on creating an excellent customer experience from start-up to operation.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Strong knowledge and experience in TRUMPF machines, automation equipment, and their operation. Excellent communication skills required due to intensive contact with customers.
Education
A minimum of 2-year technical school degree with a solid math background required or equivalent education and work experience.
