1. Technical Sales Engineer Software Solutions is in charge of the technical offer for software solutions, and is the leading technical contact person of the customer from the initial request to final tender.
2. Trumpf software solution is the core compoment of the package smart manufacturing solutions. The module designed software could fulfill the requirement of Industry 4.0 manufacturing.
3. Leading contact for customers and sales in all software projects in the sales phase
4. Compile and record the customer’s requirements (for example in the specifications)
5. Technical consulting for software solutions, incl. TruTops FAB, Mindsphere, AGV related.
6. Iterative development of possible solutions with the customer
7. Coordinate the involved internal and external departments to create a complete offer (commercial, organizational and technical)
8. Handover the project to the Delivery Manager after order intake
9. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
