R&D Project Engineer_Laser Business

1.   Project set up, plan and plan implementation to ensure project control gates been fully implemented

2.   Prepare project progress measurement system / tools, timely reports project status with details of progresses, issues, risks and make / implement project improvement actions to ensure project to meet defined target

3.   Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure effective resources sharing, lessens learnt, best practice and the development of appropriate work processes and procedures across the parallel projects

4.   Create and maintain project documents to meet project and external requirement

5.   Support to complete other tasks assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement.

1. Academic Background:Bachelor degree or above

2. Which major preferred:Electrical / Mech-electrical Engineering

3. Working experience:3+ years of project engineer

4. Knowledge and skills:

•    Profession of solid scheduling & planning skills and knowledge on industrial product development phases, competencies in application of project lanning principle, methodologies and tools.
•    Minimum of 3 years of R&D project scheduling and planning experience.
•    Well understanding of automation system working principle
•    Excellent team spirit and communication skills
•    Be good at problem discovering and resolving
•    Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Project)

5. Language:Fluent Chinese and English

6. Other specific requirements:

•    Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•    Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct and other guidelines of TRUMPF China
