Team leader, Sales management and Business analysis_Machine Tool Business

Your role

Leading and further developing the team of TRUMPF China Machine Tool CRM and CDM specialists:

  • Responsible for the maintance of the data quality in TRUMPF customer data related systems and continuous development of the systems and the data quality in close cooperation with sales and order processing team
  • Key user for the CRM and CDM systems - encourage, train and support the sales organization with the usage of the customer data related systems
  • Responsible for the monthly sales reporting
  • Participation in the regular sales management steering and support Sales Director / GM in defining sales management measures
  • Derivation of action fields and follow-up on initiatives in close cooperation with the regional sales managers
  • Perform data analysis for all sales related activities and provide implications
  • Implementation and further development of new management tools/methods in sales organization to further improve the efficiency (i.e. customer classification and operational lead and opportunity management)
  • Lead and manage projects of various kinds, in CRM and at the interface to other sales functions
  • Implement and further develop core process of TCNW sales and ensure the alignment with the TRUMPF Group standard
  • Have a great understanding of the interface to other functions i.e. order processing and work closely with the team

Your profile

  • Graduation with a Master degree from a Chinese / German university
  • Business, Business IT, Controlling, Data analytics
  • 5 year experience in a similar role in a B2B company
  • Profound experience with CRM and CDM systems, ideally SAP, C4C
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting
  • Record of successfully lead projects
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, highly reliable and detailed oriented working style, strong affinity to IT Tools and solutions, high service orientation, good communication and presentation skills, skills in process management, positive working attitude and professional appearance
  • Advanced English skills
  • Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China
