Your role

  • Diode Pumped Solid State Laser (DPSSL) and Fiber Laser development to meet cost, quality and project time line
  • Continuously improve product to meet quality, cost and performance requirement
  • Evaluate and qualify optical component / modules to meet product specification
  • Resolve technical issues from optical engineering side to achieve best customer satisfaction, internally and externally
  • Technical document creation, such as, technical specification, manuals, reports, etc.
  • Support to complete other tasks assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Optical engineering, Optical, Physics, Optic Information Science &Technology, Electronics Science & Technology
  • 3+ years of solid state laser optical R&D work experience
  • Be proficient in solid solid laser technology, including resonator, pump and beam delivery
  • Be familiar with diode pump modules structures and technology
  • Be familiar with fiber splicing technology and optical measurements
  • Be excellent at problem discovering and resolving
  • BE Familiar with laser processing principle
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
