MRC Technician - 3 Openings



Duties and Responsibilities:

The MRC Technician installs and tests returned TRUMPF machines and determines the specific repairs required. He/she repairs the machines and performs the final quality evaluation.   

Principles & Responsibilities

The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work in this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. The position may require that employees perform other duties as assigned.  

1.) Assembly/disassembly of the machine in the MRC.  

2.) Machine installation.   

3.) Run tests to determine exact repairs needed.  

4.) Final quality tests.   

5.) Assist in machine cleaning and touch-up.  

6.) Work as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision as required.   

7.) Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing/competing priorities is required.  

8.) Must be able to cooperate and communicate effectively. 



Qualifications:

Prior experience repairing, assembling, testing, and troubleshooting TRUMPF machines.

Education

TRUMPF training in the repair, assembly and testing of TRUMPF machines.  External technical training a plus (electrical, PLC programming, mechanics, etc).
