Process Consultant, Global Technical Service
- As a member of our 'Global Service Center', you are responsible for the introduction and optimization of service processes in technical customer service in our subsidiaries and agencies worldwide.
- Advising the service managers on process design, business model and organizational structure as well as well as elaborate, improve and implement our consulting services.
- The moderation of workshops as well as the creation and analysis of key figures round off this interesting task.
- Have a degree in mechanical engineering or business administration
- Have already gained initial experience (during internships or as technician) in technical service and process optimization.
- Have strong analytical skills and approach tasks and challenges in a systematic and structured manner.
- Have strong English and intercultural skills as well as willingness to travel abroad.
- Location should be transferred to China after 2-3 years. 2-3年内愿意回中国.
- Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通话）作为母语.
