Industry Management, Electronic Industry Laser Business
The Industry Management_Electronic Industry_Laser Business is responsibile for developing, maintaining and expanding business relationships with strategically important customers for TRUMPF laser technology in all relevant areas of the Electronic industry and will be responsible for a part of the TRUMPF laser product portfolio in order to help to maximize market shares for TRUMPF in the Chinese market. 激光事业部行业管理_ 电子行业 负责与电子行业所有相关领域中具有战略意义的通快激光技术客户建立、维持和扩展业务关系，并将负责通快激光产品组合的一部分，以帮助通快中国的市场发展。
- Analysis and classification of technical customer requirements in LT related products and task to derive local customer profiles
- Long term strategic thinking to build up local roadmap as a part of global TRUMPF R&D roadmap based on customer profiles in the Chinese market
- Transfer local customer requirements to specification sheets
- Active role in Laser products development projects and responsibility to manage the NPI process for China focused products within the TRUMPF group.
- Systematic analysis and evaluation of competitors’ solutions
- Development of pricing strategy for China market
- Internal product training for sales team and technical sales support team.
- Regular feedback tracking of new products
- Complete other tasks
- University degree Bachelor/ Master in Laser or related
- 1-5 years working experience in Laser Industry in similar functions
- Be adaptable to irregular business travel
- Good analytics and structured problem solving skills, as well as Customer oriented working style
- Rich network resources in Electronic industry
- Strategic and long term thinking / planning
- Judgement and decision making skills
- Ability to communicate with customers, local sales representatives, management and oversea colleagues
- Chinese native speaker, English (fluent/ business professional).
