Digital Business Development Specialist

Your role

  • Project lead for the expansion and further development of our social media channels (especially WeChat) by adding new value adding functions for our customers
  • Identification and digitalization of marketing and sales process in alignment with sales, PM and marketing to grow business via digital channels
  • Generate additional revenue through the newly developed sales tools and digital channel
  • Management and standardization of the data flow in the SCRM system and build up of a database to generate insides about our followers and design and execute personalized, automated marketing activities to generate leads
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, assess main KPIs, create data-driven actionable insights and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the campaigns
  • Develop a data-driven SEO/SEM strategy, bringing in digital best practices and execution strategies. Collaborating with other team members and vendors including day-to-day account execution and site-optimization
  • Leverage the use of marketing analytics to provide insights and make recommendations to reach customers in new ways to improve marketing ROI recommendations and overall strategies
  • Monitor competitive and industry best practices of applications, channels, tactics, design, and strategy

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Marketing/Business administration/Computer Science/Web Development ore related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development, inhouse sales, CRM or marketing for a mid-sized business or an agency
  • Proven experience in social media channel management (especially WeChat), SEM/SEO, content creation, marketing analytics
  • Experience in SCRM systems and data management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills and strong in implementation
  • Good writing/editing skills including copywriting, SEO content and meta descriptions, social media etc.
  • Understanding of platform integrations that enable information flow from digital platforms through to marketing automation and CRM tools
  • English is mandatory
  • Willing to learn, explore new digital channels/platforms to maximize marketing impact.
