Receive service requests and enter them into the data system (e.g. malfunctions, spare parts, application problems, tools, contracts) and process them according to the fault elimination process. Localize malfunctions, and perform troubleshooting measures.接收技术服务需求并录入到数据库（例如故障、备件、应用问题、工具、合约等）并根据故障排除流程进行处理。
Support and instruct field staff (including Customer engineers) in solving problems, If necessary, solutions for new types of problems can be worked out together with other departments 支持和指导现场工作人员(客户工程师)解决问题，如有必要，可与其他部门同事共同研究解决新的问题类型。
Work up, analyze and evaluate problems from the field. 整理、分析和评估现场出现的问题。
Perform commissioning of machines, including installation, set up and customer trainings. 对机器进行调试，包括安装、安装和客户培训。
Carry out repairs independently (e.g. Splicing ). 独立进行维修（如光纤熔接）

Bachelor Degree or above 本科及以上

Work experience a service engineer in fiber laser or related. 3年及以上光纤服务工程师经验
Field service on laser technique or laser application with laser welding/cutting/marking/micro processing.有激光器售后服务或者激光焊接/切割/打标/微加工应用经验的优先
Knowledge on fiber laser products and the application in the field of laser manufacturing 熟悉光纤激光器知识及激光工艺应用
Strong communication, stress resistant, flexibel 优秀的沟通能力，抗压性，灵活性
Good MS Office skills, with MOS will be better 熟练使用办公软件, 拥有MOS证书优先考虑
Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通话）作为母语.
English is capable in daily working environmentin including listening, speaking, reading and writing.英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下,包含听说读写方面，可以使用英文手册工作
