Your role

Responsible for projects related to production, mainly related to the following topics:      

  • Responsible for new product introduction projects; phase-out projects; training projects; 2nd hand machine projects; other projects related to industrial engineering      
  • Further standardize and improve existing training processes      
  • Create new training processes based on new requirement      
  • Further standardize and improve existing processes for production preparation of newly developed products   
  • Create new processes for new machine production preparation based on new requirement   
  • Further standardize and improve existing processes for machine phase out    
  • Create new processes for machine phase out based on new requirement    
  • Further standardize and improve existing refurbishing processes of 2nd hand machines     
  • Create new processes for 2nd hand machines refurbishment based on new requirement    
  • Support tasks related to training, new machine production preparation and 2nd hand machine refurbishment
  • Support the 5S tasks in working area    
  • Ensure safety standards    
  • Support to perform continuous improvement    
  • Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above
  • Majors: Industrial engineering or other engineering majors
  • Experience: working experience in production is preferred
  • Knowledge/Skills: Works actively, accepts feedback, shows commitment and loyalty, good communication skills, good MS Office skills, SAP skills is preferred    
  • Language: Chinese native speaker, has very good English skills, German skills preferred
  • Other requirements: Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee's Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
